So as most of us know the next Twilight Saga movie is playing in movie theaters starting November 18th! These movies have become a huge phenomenon, and some of the MUG staff has also ben hooked. To celebrate the release of the new movie this weeks challenge will be inspired from the lovely ladies of The Twilight Saga. Have fun MUGS and be creative!

Here’s the scoop on this challenge:

Challenge begins Monday, November 14th and ends Friday, November 25th at midnight EST
Create a look inspired by any picture of a Twilight Saga actress
Post your looks here on the forum
Only 1 look per person, and the work must be your own
Winner will be announced Monday, November 28th
Prize will be the fun Sephora Collection Cream Eyeshadow Set
Two winners chosen: 1 for best look, and 1 at random, so everyone has a chance to win!
This challenge is open to anyone of any age and from any country

Here is my look for the twilight movie premiere. I was inspired by the fact that they try to keep it simple with a somewhat dark/bronzey smokey eye with the NAKED palette by urban decay and reddish maroon lip which is the Revlon just bitten lip stain. hope yall like it.

I actually did a vampire look a while back that was loosely based on Dakota Fanning's character. I hate Twilight and think it is a horrible series for young girls because of the ideas it promotes, but the makeup and styling from the movie was done very well (taken as a seperate entity from the story). Here is my version of a vampire look. Sorry the pictures got a little blurry, all I have is a phone to take pics with.

Ok so here's my submission! My favorite character from the whole saga is Leah Clearwater. She's the only female wolf and to me she's just a complex character that no one seems to take the time to understand. The moment i read her story in the books, she automatically became my favorite character. In the book she is described as "Beautiful in an exotic way, with eyelashes like feather dusters." so this is my interpretation of her, but a bit amped up of course

My first time entering a Makeup Geek compeition!

There are more vampires in the world than just the Cullens.. we saw them in the first two movies! I was going for more one of their feels.

I'm not sure you can see it very well but just for funsies I added Urban Decay's Sparking Body Powder to my face to make it sparkle I also added more up-close pictures of the lips and eyes.
