I am a mum of 3 and I like to wear make upand dress up when I am out and about with my hubby, I don’t wear heavy make up but I do like to experiment a fair bit.
I hope I will learn many tips and tricks from members here!Homeschooling mom of 3 in my early 30′s. I’m newish to wearing makeup. Growing up, I did a lot of performance related stuff that required super heavy stage makeup, so that’s what I learned. I had no idea what to do with my face for everyday, so I went bare.
Now, I’m doing my best to learn everyday looks, tips and techniques, and trying to use a soft hand. 
I found Marlena on YouTube about 3 years ago, and loved that she was so personable and easy to follow in her videos. Hey everyone!
My name’s Samantha (people call me Samantha, Sam, or Sammy so take your pick!) I’m graduating with a Bachelor’s in Special Education from the University of Maryland this May and then I’m headed to law school in the fall.
Over the past few months, a lot of my down time has been spent perusing the internet for makeup tutorials, blogs, hauls, reviews, and more. I also spend a lot of time practicing different looks. I am completely addicted! I am always looking for inspiration for new looks and products to try. I have worn makeup since I was in middle school. Until recent years, I am embarrassed to say I had no concept of blending, color-matching, primers, finishing powder, etc. so some old pictures of me most definitely feature cakey face, crazy (not in a good way) eyeshadow, and smeared mascara. I am not saying my makeup skill are anywhere near perfect now, but I am embracing the learning process and continually trying to improve my skills

hiii! my name is Emma. I’ve been a fan of Makeup Geek for about a year but I just joined today. I have been doing youtube videos for awhile, but I just made my first tutorial yesterday. I was soooo nervous lol. I’m currently going to school to get my cosmetology license

,My name is Lisa and I’m 29 years old and from the Netherlands.
I’ve been married for about three years and we have a sweet little kittycat .My love for makeup began early….when I was little I was playing with my mothers stuff and later on when I was a teenager I first began my trip trough makeup world (let’s just say, makeup wasn’t my best quality then :p).
But as I became older and more experienced I found out which colors I rock and which not and how to ‘paint’ my face…and because of my interest for makeup and different looks I began surfing the internet and looking for tutorials and that is how I also got to know Marlena and her tutorials

Love the tutorials and love her whitty personality!And know I’m a makeup geek hihi…and loving it…the only difficulty I have is getting my supplies here in the Netherlands
. Most of the stuff she uses isn’t available in the Netherlands so sometimes it’s hard to get a good look without the good products. But hey…I’m not that easy and don’t give up easy haha..so if I want something I put a little effort in it and most of the times it works!
