    Howdy!
I’m looking for a toner to start using- it’s been a couple months since my current salicylic acid treatment started getting to harsh on my skin.
About my skin: I’m extremely acne prone and get REALLY bad flakiness when I have a healing blemish. I feel like overall my skin is combination.

Anyway, I want a toner that’s relatively accessible- like sephora or ulta or even a great drugstore one if you know of something!
Thanks for any help you can give me ladies/boy mugs :)

I used to use Neutrogena’s toner about a year ago- wasn’t too bad at all! I really like the Mary Kay ones as well :)

I have used Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Toner for years now and it’s the reason why I don’t breakout anymore. I have oily and acne prone skin and Dickinson’s is my HG toner. It’s very light on the skin and is non drying. It’s good for all skin types. I haven’t used any toner nor had any acne breakout since I started using it 2 years ago.

I agree with Marlena, the Mary Kay toner is great! I have oily/comb. skin and if i get a breakout, I rub a little MK toner on and it’s gone within a day or two. By the description you’ve given, you may want to check out the Formula 3 MK skincare line..contact your local rep and you can try it before you buy it ;) Good luck!

rose water…it actually works better than most toners ive had and it smells REALLY good…havent used anything else ever since, i have a naturally reddish face and the rose water has kind of a cooling effect on my skin. so no more oil or redness! just even looking skin :) i love it…rose water is very cheap too only $2 ~ $3 for a bottle and what u want to do is either soak a facial pad with the water and rub on your face or even put the rose water into a spray bottle and use it like that…either way it works

    hope this helped :)

Thanks for the suggestion, einy4lyfe!  I’ll have to try rose water!
