I started out by applying a white cream eyeshadow to my entire face and then going over that with a white eyeshadow to give it a more matte look. I then outlined my effects(circles around my eyes/mouth extension/spiderweb/chin design) with a fine tip black liquid eyeliner pen. Then I filled in the circles around my eyes with a pretty shade of blue and then added some black eyeshadow to the outer corner of my eyes for a smokey eye look. I then added little gem stones that i got in the craft section at Wal Mart and applied them with Eye Lash Adhesive(remember to let the glue get tacky before applying to face). Then i applied liquid eyeliner right above my top lash line and penciled eyeliner on my bottom and top waterline, then applied some false lashes. I added a few more color highlights to the little designs but everything with this look can be made your own if you get creative with it:)
