Modest Canada Day Look

This is just a few photo’s of the eye makeup I wore on Canada Day this year (2012). I simply used:

- Smashbox Photo Finish Lid Primer
- Coastal Scents 88 Original Eyeshadow Pallet (Red, Brown, Black & White)
- Drug Store brand Shadow Quad (not sure what / just a cheap-y) – white & champagne colors.
- Drug store QUO* Brand Makeup brushes (Angled Brush, Fluffy Blending Brush, & Dome Crease Brush).

When in photos, the look appears much more shimmery than what it is in reality, which kind of stinks. But it was still fun I wore this with a deep rose colored blush and a reddish berry colored lip gloss. On my pale complexion, it gave me a nice pop for the festive occasion. However, I truly believe anyone could pull off this look because it’s really not too crazy, and it’s very build-able Also, I wear glasses, so they helped tone down some of the shimmer in my case.
