I don’t know the exact color of your hair but when I used to color my hair red, I used the Anastasia Brow Powder Duo in the shade Strawburn.

Usually everywhere. Personally my t zone is a kind oily, so I tend to make sure that area is well covered, but you don’t need a ton of product or anything.
